Prioritizing has really taken up a lot of my time lately. Not that I had my priorities totally out of whack, but I've been working harder on making this house run like a well oiled machine, and THAT takes more energy.
I've gone back to my Moppin' Mondays, Toilet Tuesdays, Washy Wednesday routine as well as employed chore charts that MUST be done before we go play with friends or have free time in the afternoons. I've also started peeking in on the Flylady website again. If you've never visited it's a must, it's interesting to say the least. I don't think I could ever adopt all of her ideas and routines but...I do love Kelly's missions and the Zones even if I don't do ALL of it. It's a little extra motivation!
With the help of the workbox system I've gotten school pretty well organized and plan the next day as soon as the current school day is over. I love the workboxes. No digging, no searching for supplies, it's all there ready to go!

Lately she is so worn out from school she falls asleep at her high chair. I think I'm giving her too much homework!
