Crayola Longies

I've only been knitting for 2 years now. And I don't have tons of projects hanging from my needles. They take me a long time to finish, technically because I don't have the time to sit and knit! I try and get a few rows in while we are driving to and from church, or late at night if we are watching something on TV. But just sitting and knitting isn't an option.
But I love it. It's quiet, slow and peaceful. My favorite things to knit are covers for cloth diapers. I've made longies, shorties, skirties and plain ole covers! My yarn of choice is pure Merino wool, natural so that I can dye it what ever colors I feel like. I have only dyed wool using kool~aide. It's fun and yummy smelling.....
I've been working on these since Thanksgiving....my crayola longies for Gracie. I've got to finish them before she grows out of them!
